Owensboro’s Mobile Outreach

But whoever has this world’s goods and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?” –1 John 3:17

We collect the basics people need to survive—nonperishable food, hygiene items, and practical supplies—and we take them straight to the people who need them most. No hoops. No forms. We meet folks where they are.

Our outreach happens on the last Saturday of each month at places like the Cadillac Motel and English Park. Many of the people we serve are experiencing homelessness.

Everything is free. No ID. No questions. Just people loving on people.

This isn’t about building a brand. It’s about showing up and being a vessel of God’s love and provision in the most ordinary, practical ways.

We aren’t funded by any organization. We run entirely on generosity. If you’d like to help, donations can be dropped off at 5010 Wildcat Way, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All nonperishables are welcome, and these items are especially needed:

  • Canned Tuna and Chicken

  • Ready-To-Eat Soups and Chef Boyardee

  • Beef Stew and Spam

  • Canned Vegetables

  • Hormel Complete Meals

Pull-tab cans are ideal, but we hand out can openers when needed.

Winter is tough out here.

Burning hand sanitizer in a can is one of the only ways some people can stay warm at night. When they have it, it’s like liquid gold.

We’re also collecting tents after giving away our last one during our past outreach. Standard tents aren’t made for full-time living and wear quickly. Larger tents (like 8-man tents) offer more dignity—space to stand, keep belongings inside instead of under a tarp, and even share warmth when needed. One resident’s tent recently slid down a bank after a heavy downpour. That’s how fragile shelter can be.

If you’d like to help, we’ve added hand sanitizer and tents to our Amazon wish list. Every item that shows up goes straight to someone trying to survive another night.
