Owensboro’s Mobile Outreach
“Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me” – Matthew 25:40
We collect provisioning, such as nonperishable food, and personally hand them to those in need that we’ve sought out where they are. This includes the Cadillac Motel and Tent City on the last Saturday of every month. We do this at no cost. No forms or proof of income are required from the recipient. We’re simply people loving on people.
Our work is not about glorifying ourselves but about humbly serving as vessels of God’s love and provision to those in need.
Because we do not receive funding, we rely solely on donations from generous people. Donations may be dropped off at 5010 Wildcat Way between 8:30 and 5:30, Monday through Friday. All non-perishables are deeply appreciated. However, the following is a list of the most sought-after items.
- Tuna Pouches
- Vienna Sausages
- Beanie Weenies
- Ramen Noodles
- Peanut Butter Crackers
- Fruit Cups
- Oatmeal Packages
- Nutra-grain Bars
- Single Servings of Apple Sauce and Peanut Butter.
Pull-tab cans are great, but we’ll hand out can openers when needed.
Please follow this link to have sought-after items shipped directly to us from Amazon. Please have shipped to Just People, 5010 Wildcat Way #3, Owensboro, KY 42303.
